Here is a sample Excel file for you to use if you do not already have your users in a spreadsheet.
We will need the following fields to add users:
First name
Last name
Email address
User role
User roles in Turf Assistant
Admin | Has access to everything in Turf Assistant |
Assistant without pay | Has access to everything in Turf Assistant EXCEPT Plan Staff (pay rates) |
Equipment Technician | Has access to all fleet management screens-> PLAN: Equipment, Products -> EXECUTE: Equipment Assistant, Time Assistant |
Hub Only | Generic login for Turf Operations Hub to open Whiteboard and Time Assistant |
Expense Admin | Has access to all expense management screens-> PLAN: Budget Categories, Budgets -> EXECUTE: Expense Assistant -> REPORT: Budget Summary Report |
Reporting Admin | Has access to all reports |
