This article shows you what to do if your staff is not showing up in Schedule Assistant or Equipment Assistant.
If you have added staff to Plan->Staff but you are not able to see them in Schedule Assistant or Equipment Assistant you more than likely have not given them permission.
Please verify, in Plan->Staff, that the checkbox for Schedule Assistant and/or Equipment Assistant is checked.
