Digital Whiteboard Components

Flat Panel TV

We recommend an HDTV 60 inches or larger with a minimum resolution of 1080p. This does NOT have to be a "Smart TV."

TV Wall Mount

A TV wall mount makes for a clean install and a nice presentation on your wall.

Keyboard/Mouse Combo

A wireless keyboard with an integrated mouse is recommended to control the Digital Whiteboard. The integrated device is easier to keep up with and not lose.

Chrome Box

The Chromebox is the ‘brains’ of the Turf Operations Hub. While other components can be used we have found this to be the easiest, most cost-effective, and reliable option. It basically is a small computer hooked up to a big monitor.

HDMI Cable

An HDMI cable is required to connect the Chromebox to the TV. Make sure you know which HDMI port you connect the Chromebox to on the TV so you can select the proper TV source when setting the Digital Whiteboard up.

Wifi

Wi-Fi is recommended to run the digital whiteboard but a wired connection will work perfectly fine. (Wi-Fi or a mobile connection is required to run the Time Assistant Kiosks)

Time Assistant Kiosk Components

Below are the components you need to purchase to assemble one Time Assistant Kiosk

Tablet - 8" or Tablet - 10"

A 10-inch tablet is needed to automate the time and performance tracking. We recommend 1 tablet for every 3-4 employees.

Tablet Wall Mount

A tablet wall mount makes for a clean install and a nice presentation on your wall.

Mobile Time Assistant Kiosk Components

4G Tablet

A tablet with a 4G connection is needed to automate the time and performance tracking while out on the turf. We recommend 1 tablet for every 1-2 employees.

Tablet Case

A case for your tablet is recommended to keep it safe while out in the elements. You need one case for every 4G Tablet you purchase.

Mobile Datacard

To use your Time Assistant Kiosk without Wifi we can send you a mobile data card. This allows you to convert a fixed Time Assistant Kiosk into one that can go anywhere. (Our mobile data cards have capped download speeds so data plans cannot be abused with streaming video, music, etc.). If you need this item we will arrange a shipment
