Welcome to Turf Assistant's Application Management module! This module is designed to help golf courses plan their chemical and fertilizer spray applications. We understand that onboarding can be a challenge, so we've created this article to help guide you through the process.

Step 1: Add Staff

To begin, navigate to Plan -> Staff in the Turf Assistant software. Here you will add the staff members that will be responsible for performing the spray applications. This is an important step as it will ensure that all tasks are assigned to the correct individuals.

Step 2: Add Products

Next, navigate to Plan -> Products. Here you will add the chemicals and fertilizers that are used at your golf course. We call these products. This step is essential as it will allow you to properly plan your spray applications.

Step 3: Create Application Tasks

Navigate to Plan -> Applications. Here you will create tasks for each spray application. You will specify the location where the products will be applied, the products to be used, and the amounts to be applied. This step is crucial as it will help ensure that the correct products are applied in the correct locations.

Step 4: Schedule Tasks

Navigate to Plan -> Schedule Assistant. Here you will schedule your tasks by assigning them to the appropriate staff members and setting the date and time for each task. This step is important as it will ensure that the spray applications are completed on schedule.

Step 5: Perform the Spray Applications

The spray technician will go out and perform the spray applications. Once the task is complete, they will note down all the actual products and amounts that were sprayed. This step is important as it will ensure that accurate records are kept of all spray applications.

Step 6: View Reports

Finally, navigate to Plan -> Reports. Here you will find the spray record reports. These reports will store all the spray data, making it easy to report to environmental agencies. This step is important as it will ensure that you are in compliance with all regulations.
