Payroll Budget
- Overview: The Payroll Budget section provides a comprehensive view of the payroll-related financial data. This section includes a visual representation of the payroll budget, actual payroll, and variance using a pie graph for easy interpretation and analysis.
- Impact
- Real-Time Data: View up-to-date payroll expenditures and remaining budget.
- Trend Analysis: Analyze payroll trends over time to assist in forecasting and budget planning.

- Imagine the total payroll budget is $100,000. The actual payroll expenses are $85,000. The variance, therefore, is $15,000. The pie graph will be divided into three segments:

Expense Budget

- Overview: The Written Notes section is designed to provide RDAs with a comprehensive view of all notes associated with tasks. In this section, workers’ notes are displayed under each task along with the task status. This section is view-only, meaning RDAs can see the notes and task statuses but cannot edit or update them.
Weather Records
- Overview: The Weather Records section provides RDAs with up-to-date weather information relevant to their region. This section includes detailed weather updates that display current conditions, hourly forecasts, daily summaries, and monthly trends. Alongside weather conditions, temperature data is also presented to give a comprehensive view of the weather.
Forms
- Overview: The Forms section is designed to provide RDAs with access to various forms filled out by users with the necessary permissions. This section allows RDAs to view these filled forms, ensuring they have the information needed for decision-making and operational tasks. This section is view-only, meaning RDAs can see the filled forms but cannot edit or update them.
