Next Steps

Alright, so you have gone through all the training.  Now what?

Create your application plan

After your staff and products have been added you need to create your application plan.  A couple of best practices to do this are as follows:

  • Create your plan as you go -> Just take some time each week and create the following weeks plan.  Once you have done this 52 times you will have an entire year planned and will be able to easily copy your plan to the next year!
  • Just Do It -> OK so you just want to get it done?!?!  Sit down and just do it.  Most application plans can be entered in a few hours.  Again, once this has been completed you will be able to copy it year after year and make modifications.

Involve Your Staff

Once you are comfortable with using Contactless Time Assistant to start and complete your application tasks it is time to get your staff involved.  Take them through the mobile training for Time Assistants in labor management so they can start to do this themselves.
